2000-2003 Mr. Landreth developed 13 acres building sixty –six town home units with a unique, award-winning design.  The design laid the town homes around a courtyard.   This layout and design allowed all the units to be “corner units” hid 50% of the garages from the street and gave a single family, lower density  appearance streetscape.
